DAY 1
We begin our journey in style at the Château de La Motte-Tilly, with its 60-hectare park designated a «Remarkable Garden.» After a lunch featuring local flavours, we head to the botanical garden of Marnay-sur-Seine: a haven teeming with wild, vegetable, medicinal, and aromatic plants. Finish with a stroll through the medieval gardens of Troyes, in the heart of its uniquely charming historic center. Dinner and overnight stay at your 3-star hotel.
DAY 2
The morning begins in Chaource with a visit to its church and its striking Entombment of Christ, followed by a stop at the last remaining artisanal cheese dairy in the Aube region—with a tasting, of course! After lunch, a stroll through the Priory gardens, then a drive to Les Riceys to discover its vineyards, traditional stone huts (cadoles), taste its Rosé des Riceys wine, and admire its château with its park and formal gardens. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 3
A final day immersed in nature in the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, visiting the Dosches windmill and its gardens to discover heritage plants. Lunch at a country restaurant where the flower garden invites you to stroll. And to conclude this journey, stop by the half-timbered church of Longsols, one of the seven gems of this unique heritage.
