Prestations comprises
Arrive at the cider museum for a guided tour punctuated by a tasting of the farm’s products. A video presentation immerses you in the secrets of production, before a ride on a miniature train through the heart of the orchards of the Pays d’Othe.
Next stop: Chaource for a generous, local lunch served at a restaurant (drinks included!).
In the afternoon, two options: a visit to a cheese factory to discover the famous creamy Chaource, still molded by hand as in the old days, or a visit to a mushroom farm, followed by a gourmet tasting.
Finally, we head to Les Riceys, the only village in Champagne to boast 3 AOCs (Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and Rosé des Riceys). Guided tour of a cellar and tasting of the famous Rosé des Riceys, a wine of character, the favorite of Louis XIV!
